How it works?

Fed up with your existing broadband provider, but you’re stuck in a contract? Switching is now easier than ever! It’s called One Touch Switch, when you sign up with Wildanet, we’ll do all the admin for you – all you need to do is register your details below

We speak to your previous provider to cancel your old service. The transition is done behind-the-scenes, so don’t worry you won’t have to pay for two connections. We make sure you keep connected until the day we install your new Wildanet connection.

What is One Touch Switch?

One Touch Switch is an industry-wide initiative designed to simplify the process of switching broadband providers. It allows you to switch to Wildanet without having to contact your previous provider to cancel your service. We take care of the cancellation on your behalf, coordinating with your current provider ensuring a hassle-free switch.

Furthermore, your new provider will make sure that your old service stays active until the new one is fully set up, guaranteeing that you won’t experience any disruption during the switch.

FAQs

If you received a Switch Credit when you joined Wildanet, this will be added as a bill credit to your account. Your credit will be applied to your monthly reoccurring payments until your full Switch Credit amount has been used. The Switch Credit can’t be applied to one-off payments such as installation fees. The Switch Credit will only be applied to your monthly payments. If you cancel you won’t be refunded the remaining value of your Switch Credit. You can see the full terms here

The OTS process isn’t available on our website at the moment. But don’t worry, our friendly sales team is here to help.

When you’re ready to place your order, just give our sales team a call. They’ll guide you through the OTS process and make sure everything runs smoothly.
