We’ll make sure that your old service stays active until your Wildanet service is fully set up, don’t worry you won’t have to pay for two connections at once. We’ll keep you connected until the day we install your new Wildanet connection.

You can choose whether you want us to take care of your switch, when you’re ready to make your purchase either at the checkout online or when speaking to our Sales team.
Our Customer Experience team will need some details from you, including who your current provider is and your account number.
To make the One Touch Switch process as smooth as possible, ensure your Wildanet order is in the same name as your previous provider.
If you have a bundled package with your previous provider and use One Touch Switch it will automatically cancel all services from that provider. This could include a TV, phone or WiFi Mesh extenders.
When you decide to purchase one of Wildanet’s packages it’s your responsibility to cancel your previous provider. This means you won’t lose access to any other add-ons.
Once you’ve been installed you need to send us evidence of your final bill from your previous broadband provider and proof that it’s been paid. You can email this to [email protected]
Once we’ve received this our Customer Experience Team will process your Switch Credit, which will be added as a bill credit to your account.
Your Switch Credit will be applied to your full monthly recurring payments. You’ll still get your usual monthly bill but there will be nothing to pay until your total Switch Credit amount has been used.
The Switch Credit can’t be applied to one-off payments such as installation fees. You can see the full terms here.
